By visiting our web site, submitting information or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. What does this privacy policy cover?

This Privacy Policy covers treatment of personally identifiable information (“personal information”) that we gather when you are accessing our web site, or in connection with our sponsored events or services. The types of personal information that may be collected include your full name, company name, e-mail address and telephone number.  This policy does not apply to processes that Fheo Holdings does not own or control, or to entities that Fheo Holdings does not employ or manage.

What Personal Information does Fheo Holdings collect?

The information we gather from customers enables us to deliver, personalise and improve our services to you. We collect the following types of information from our customers and suppliers. This includes:

your name, address and other contact details, including email address and telephone number and mobile number;

your position within your organisation;

details of the bank account you used to make a purchase from us;

details of the bank account used to pay for purchases we’ve made from you;

your account activity, purchases, invoices and payments

Why does Fheo Holdings process personal data?

Fheo Holdings needs to process personal data provided by you in order to enter into a client or supplier contract with you and to meet its obligations under those contracts. For example, it needs to process your data to provide you with a product or service you have purchased and to enable to provide that service for the duration of the contract. This means we have a Lawful Basis to collect and process this data known as ‘Contractual’.

In some cases, Fheo Holdings needs to process data to ensure that it is complying with its legal obligations. Processing this data allows Fheo Holdings to:

provide, monitor and support a product or service purchased by you;

provide and monitor and pay for a product or service purchased from you;

Personal Information You Provide to Us:

We may receive and store any information you enter on our web site or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of features or opportunities. The personal information you provide may be used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain products and services, customising the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about specials, sales offers, new products and Fheo Holdings events.

Personal Information Collected Automatically:

We may receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our web site or services. Fheo Holdings may choose to automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

Generally, our service may automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components. If you have previously agreed to receive e-mail communications from Fheo Holdings, we may use this confirmation to help us make e-mails more interesting and helpful.  If you no longer want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please notify us at info@fheo.co.uk

What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer through your browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. Fheo Holdings cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine the general information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your screen name or e-mail address is.

Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways.

Fheo Holdings is working within the law; in respect to the new cookie legislation dated 25th May 2011, we will ensure that we are totally compliant within the one year timescale that has been given.

Will Fheo Holdings share any of the personal information it receives?

Personal information about our customers is an important part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone. We share your personal information only with your consent or to business affiliates as described below. Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell business assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically transferred with related assets. Moreover, if Fheo Holdings or substantially all of its assets were acquired, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Fheo Holdings may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Protection of Fheo Holdings and Others:

We may release personal information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with any law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of 24T Electrical Services, our employees, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Fheo Holdings also shares your data with third parties that process data on our behalf, in connection with accounting, taxation etc. ASAP computers is the Fheo Holdings IT support provider and have access to all company documents in order that they can maintain our server, hardware and software. Our Agreement with them ensures that all data is securely handled to industry standards at all times.  Fheo Holdings will not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

How does Fheo Holdings protect data?

Fheo Holdings takes the security of your data seriously. Fheo Holdings has internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties. ASAP maintain our server and all data is securely locked away with only the required individuals able to access to this through the data protection officer.

Where Fheo Holdings engages third parties to process personal data on its behalf, they do so on the basis of written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data.

For how long does Fheo Holdings keep data?

Fheo Holdings will hold your personal data for the duration of any contract or service agreement. The periods for which your data is held after the end of a contract or service agreement is 7 years (in line with the Fheo Holdings Accounting Policy and in order for us to adequately process information regarding Taxation etc).

Your rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

access and obtain a copy of your data on request;

require Fheo Holdings to change incorrect or incomplete data;

require Fheo Holdings to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;

object to the processing of your data where Fheo Holdings is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing; and

ask Fheo Holdings to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about

whether or not your interests override Fheo Holdings’s legitimate grounds for processing data.

Fheo Holdings may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.
